Would probably fit well with Meta tbh. They already showed an AR pet demo

I personally think Apple should add a scary disclaimer any time I buy something on a website using my iPhone.

What happens when we model our actual home and body in VR and instead of visiting our "virtual home" you visit our actual virtual home? The decorations/art/wardrobes you bought IRL are translated as NFTs to VR across your experiences. Sounds cool in some facets, but my worry is we are enabling a whole new Keeping up with the Jones’s.
We can already see how IAPs for virtual goods bleed many people for money and NFTs are largely just the next step there.

What would you do if you had the courage of Apple?

Wow. Finally. Can’t imagine it should’ve taken this many years.

HUD directions, text translation, displaying information about real world objects/products (Google Lens 2.0), in building directions (Looking for a store in a mall or a product at the grocery store), hologram presence, distributed concerts/shows, 3D/AR art exhibits/hangout spots, augmented world games (Pokemon GO 2.0), space anchored reminders and objects (Arrow above your keys or wallet as you leave the house or "lose" them somewhere), replacing any static screen such as TVs, real estate staging, augmented shopping (show clothes on you in the mirror or furniture in your house), assisted cooking directions or other work related tasks etc.

The phone keyboard is pretty inaccurate but we’ve managed pretty well. Wrist-worn gestures like what Meta has is probably going to work pretty well for many situations when its baked into your Apple Watch type device and augmented by voice when that makes sense or a smaller phone style input device that you carry with you if really needed.

When Apple does it maybe everyone will stop saying it’s DOA and comparing XR to 3D TVs.

Gotta wonder if its the change in strategy or the Bobby Kotick drama or just that time in her career.
