Funds go to charity, you actually get a "real" digital toy (the website), the artist and the project are actually famous for something great and not just meme material.
Admittedly a low bar to clear, but this is one of the better NFTs.

I think we would all benefit from more competition in tech and that’s surely not something you get from yelling at a founder.
But the US presidency and parliament will probably soon be deadlocked and afterwards in the hand of the Republicans, and look what they have complained about. Instead of improving competition, they’ll regulate algorithms to show more Trump content while taking bribes disguised as "campaing contributions" from "independent" PACs.

I work at a tech company with early adopters all over the place. Think Apple watches, home automation, 16’’ M1 MacBooks, sharing electric cars..
So the iPhone13 guy asked the iPhone12 guy why he hasn’t got "the new one" yet. The 12 guy asked: "Why, what’s new?"

The golden rule of PC building is to buy when you feel like you need the parts. In 2-3 years, there won’t be any good AAA game releases, or an SSD shortage, or RAM gets expensive, or the microcode for your CPU isn’t optimized and your new $200 X570 board takes 45seconds to boot Windows..
You can’t time the market.
I bought a 2070 and then regretted it, because the 3000 series was that much better. Then they weren’t available and now I’m happy again.

What about Jack Ma? What about Foxconn, Huawei, Tencent, or Samsung? Not cool enough?
You can’t include Twitter because it is recent and then leave out companies that are way bigger.
Also, the timeline is quite stretched.
Bill Gates stepped down before 9/11, while Bill Clinton was in office – and Steve Jobs has been dead for over 10 years now.
Especially Steve Jobs step-down, because, well – he died – shows that this is just a random occurence and completely unrelated to one another.
Kudos to Nvidia though. 30

Why is this being reported?
Would have been great to see the Thanksgiving madness again. If only stores had stocked some Playstations, XBoxes and graphics cards and only sold them in physical stores at midnight..
I guess with months-long online campaigns, there won’t ever be this silliness again.

I remember this was an issue around 2011, where players in Heroes of Newerth (DotA 1.5) calculated just how much more screen estate you got! 14%!
But it’s 2021:
Some have high contrast displays and see better in dark corners, others have more FPS and move their crosshair smoothers, others have more resolution, some set graphics to "low" in order to see less grass. It’s just how it is, don’t take it too seriously. They’re games

You might have mentioned scale, but you’re still neglecting it. Monopolies never rely on choice.
You’re always "free" to build your own search engine and browser, right? The freedom "argument" is a fallacy.
