These marketing campaigns are getting more and more elaborate… Burger King wins, The Verge sells some ads, a few customers get to unsubscribe from BK’s mailing list… wins all around

"Artists and designers work hard to develop a particular style, but what happens if their work can now be copied by AI bots?"
The same thing that happens if a human decides they will copy a particular styles someone has developed.

I mean, I get why they lock it when the phone isn’t yet pay for, but the moment that it gets paid, it should be unlocked. Why force the customer to jump through hoops?

Why in the world is locking still legal in 2022? Phones should only ever be "locked" if the customer owes the carrier money. If no money is owed, it should be automatically unlocked. If security is a concern, then locking tools should be provided to consumers so they can lock/unlock their phones whenever they want.

Neither company is actually called "Meta" LOL.
"Meta Platforms, Inc"
and
"METAx LLC"
Both are just using "Meta" as a DBA and METAx probably only registered it in one state.
