His feelings seem hurt over things that haven’t happened yet.

Everytime I click to open a manual I get this:

Less than 10% of the games go to extra innings and large percentage of those finish in the 10th so I’m not sure it will make a that big of a difference in the popularity growth but who knows, I suppose.
That said, it should be pointed out that (I believe I have this right) the MLB wanted to remove the extra inning rule this year (it was never intended to be a permanent change when it was put in for the COVID season) and it was actually the players that requested the rule stay in as part of their collective bargaining agreement during this offseason. That makes me more accepting of the rule but personally I’m still not crazy about it.

The point of starting in the 13th instead is that by then at least both teams will have gone through their entire batting order at least one more time. At that point, it might be time to start trying to speed it up as most teams have to play the next day as well. That said, I’m all for just removing the rule altogether, I just feel like the 13th inning would be a good compromise.

I try to only fuel at stations that take ApplePay so I’m all for this if it adds more stations to the list of where I can buy fuel without swiping a credit card.

Controversy aside, it is amazing how they can basically track down just about anyone these days who haven’t "gone off the grid."

I’m not going to argue that, despite that personally he may not have been a great person, Steve Jobs was not a great man. He was key in developing a product that, for better or worse, changed the world. However, I’m trying to decide what part of that description in the article fits Jobs. He was overtly non-philanthropic claiming that his creations were a big enough gift to the world. So is helping create a device that changed the way we interact and work with each other as well as playing a role in creating Pixar worthy? Maybe, but I’m not completely convinced.

The only change to speed up the game that they’ve made that I hate is having each extra inning start with a runner on second. I could see maybe adopting that rule beginning in the 13th inning but not the 10th.

There’s a lot more going on in baseball than you think.

I’m a longtime baseball fan and I’m okay with this only because MLB is not committed to putting the best umpires behind the plate. There are some truly terrible umpires that are allowed to mess up balls and strikes year after year.
Doing it merely to speed the game up is silly though. Nine minutes of a four to five hour contest is nothing. Honestly, I would have thought the opposite. Higher scoring games are usually the longer games. You would think tightening the strike zone would allow for more hits leading to more scoring which would mean longer innings slightly offset by lower pitch counts but maybe I’m not thinking about it correctly.

Not to be confused with Android Auto
Only Google would have a product named Android Auto and a product named Android Automotive and expect people to not be confused.
I take that back. Pretty much all tech companies seem to suck at naming things.

A lot of gushing about "style". They look like headphones.

No, the app is much better in terms of sound quality (at least compared to my cars.) I’m assuming it’s because the internet stream through the app has more bandwidth than the satellite signals so there is not as much compression when using the app. I hear all kinds of compression artifacts in my cars but don’t with the app (like comparing 64kbs MP3 to a 192kbs MP3), in fact, in the cars that I own that have Apple CarPlay I just use the app through CarPlay. However, I do like the interface of the of the satellite radio better than the app interface in the car simply because you can scroll through the channels in numerical channel order whereas, believe it or not, you cannot do in the app. In the app, you must browse by genre or by your favorites, it’s pretty stupid if you like to just scroll through all the channels looking for any song you like regardless of genre.

Why do you think it’s HR’s to keep track of the number of desks they have?

So basically you want improvements to the interface for the most part? With regards to Facetime, do you want it to have a camera built-in? I thought you could screen mirror a Facetime call already if you have an iPhone, etc.
Full disclosure, I just bought my first Apple TV since the 1st generation a couple of weeks ago so I am just learning what all it can do. So far in my limited use, I find it so much better than a Firestick, Roku or Google device in terms of performance but, maybe to your point, I’m not sure they have done enough to justify the price multiple they want for it over those devices.
