I don’t like seeing percentages. I’d even disable it in my Tesla if possible. Makes me nervous and trying to constantly remember the last number.

In Germany, nearly all my friends use iPhones, but we never use iMessage group texts.

I was on the website of Nero Burning ROM these days. It’s still available in a up to date version as well. Used it in the early 2000s to burn CDs.

I hope they’re going for the native Apple TV Video player controls. I’m shocked about how shitty the current one is.

In a warm summer night, where every neighbor has it’s windows open in Germany (no ACs ;)), I want to enjoy to be able to pull out silently in the middle of the night. As opposed to producing a very audible alien sound.
And yes, I check beforehand, if kitties are under my tire or blind people are somewhere walking down the streets.

Even Mercedes hybrids do beep in reverse. It’s like a forklift. Embarrassing.

No it wouldn’t. Because the human brain is trained to ICE car noise. Some alien sound wakes you up. The reverse sound of a Tesla is extremely loud. At least it was 2021. Maybe they changed it.

Still don’t know why I can’t turn off the sound. There was an intermediate regulation in Germany where you had the ability to turn it off at every start of a drive. Great for sunday mornings when you don’t want to wake up the neighbors because you pulled out your Tesla.
Which was exactly what was happening with mine. After that incident, I plugged out the outer speaker. It’s even legal because my Model 3 was registered before the regulation started.
