I tried to pick up the XM4 when I gave my old Bose QC35 to my partner, but I had to return them because of two issues I don’t see mentioned in reviews at all.
Would be good it you could answer them for me:

1. First one was comfort. I probably have larger-than-normal ears, but for me they were not quite over-ear, but more pressing on the outside edges. Is the new design any different?
2. Connection it to my Mac was really bad, to the point all my colleagues said they couldn’t understand what I was saying at all. This is actually a problem that others have reported but for which no fix is available.
