Youre confusing VC e-bikes and just electric bikes, plus theres plenty of disabled and seniors that could take advantage of peddle assist. Theres hundreds of American companies doing this and variants of ebikes for decades now that still support their kits

I just really hope if it does return, they remove the means testing. Getting tired of being penalized along with being single and student loan debt, to make them feel better about majority of our budget being corporate subsidies and warmongering.
