Third in line after the US and Canada, the UK today got access to YouTube's movie rental service. Following deals with Sony Pictures Home Entertainment, Lionsgate and several British studios, the launch comes with over a thousand "cracking" full-length feature films, ranging from 'The Dark Knight' and Monty Python's 'The Meaning of Life' to 'The King's Speech' and 'Touch of Evil.' Most new releases will be available for £3.49, while older films may go as low as £2.49, and like YouTube in the US and Canada, viewers get a 30-day viewing window and 48 hours once viewing begins.
